Why am I asked to complete a survey after a course?

The short course evaluation you see after passing a test is a requirement of our accreditation, not a marketing questionnaire. Approved CE providers must collect participant feedback on every course, and we are asked to show it at review.

It takes under a minute, and your certificate is issued as soon as it is submitted.

The feedback genuinely is read — it is how we decide which courses to update and what to write next.
