Course Description:
Sexual Harassment is a form of abuse that has come to the forefront with the MeToo movement bringing attention to this problem in 2017. The work environment is no place for any kind of harassment. It`s important to establish proper policies to identify and prevent harassment.
Course Objectives:
1. Understand sexual harassment in detail and how it relates to the workplace.
2. Be able to define and identify the types of sexual harassment.
3. Learn what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace.
4. Be able to develop a protocol for the handling and prevention of sexual harassment.
5. Understand the benefits of a sexual harassment policy in the workplace.
